While the sea-facing room was a wonderful escape with very nice views and good amenities, the hill view room was disappointing due to its size and a broken shower. Staff members were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable, but the dining options could use improvement.

I stayed in two different rooms: the Superior Hill view was more of a forest view. quite small and had a broken shower. However, the Studio sea face was fantastic with great amenities. it truly felt like a home away from home.

The staff were very courteous, especially Mr. Kholil from housekeeping. he was incredibly supportive. Others, like Rakib and Shuvo, were friendly and attentive, which helped enhance my experience.
